We do not carry out clearance searches on trademarks in IP databases, we assist our clients only when the request requires documentary research.

in museums and external databases of different countries… We adapt our search strategy to the trademark in question and the area or region concerned; our archivists carry out tailor-made searches.

OUR WORKING TOOLS
Text searches
Thanks to carefully indexed digital books and our ICR (Intelligent Character Recognition) system, we are able to carry out text searches in these publications, which is particularly useful when it comes to trademark searches.
Other tools
We also carry out trademark searches in external databases, as we have access to numerous magazines and digitized works from different countries.
In addition, our many books on logotypes and typography enable us to carry out prior art searches on logos in the context of litigation or as a preventive measure.
