The design monitoring bulletin saves you valuable time in your legal monitoring activities. It can be downloaded, allowing you to share it easily within your organisation or archive it for future reference. The bulletin is easy and enjoyable to read thanks to its digital booklet format and carefully designed layout. You get quick access to information, boosting your team’s efficiency.
You will receive a link to a PDF that you can browse online or download. The bulletin presents designs classified into two categories: on the one hand, designs registered in industrial property registers, and on the other, new designs from the press and the internet. Each selected design is displayed in the form of hierarchical overviews with captions.
€250/month (excluding VAT) by product type for EUIPO, WIPO and INPI industrial property registers for a single recipient company. We can include other registers in the monitoring service on request for an additional fee, for example Switzerland and Italy for additionnal €75/month.
Prices may vary depending on the type of product, the dynamism of its market and, therefore, the richness of the monitoring bulletin.
