We had the chance to receive a few days ago a magnificent book. It was delicately wrapped in tissue paper and protected by an orange box stamped Louis Vuitton, a little gem in which the Vuitton house unveils its archives on the theme of travel. There are posters and old photographs, portraits of adventurers, modes of transport since the mid-nineteenth century… The timeless monogram has also traveled, has crossed the ages and has been able to adapt, from trunks with hats, bed trunks, wardrobe trunks and other auto trunks, to lighter and more practical suitcases but still as elegant.

For Modèle Déposé, this precious work is an unprecedented source of posters, sketches, logos, typographies, etc. A magnificent research tool for our documentalists, also a source of daydreams. A big thank you to Andréa, our graphic designer, who made this stop motion.
