I am very happy to have had the opportunity to participate in the Intellectual Property Pleading Contest CN2PI in Strasbourg as a jury and sponsor, but also honored to have been able to pass on my knowledge of prior art searches on designs to the Master 2 students of the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies CEIPI.
It was very touching to see the lawyers transmit their passion to the students during these 2 days of pleadings which gathered university professors from all over France, as well as lawyers and patent attorneys.

I also loved the professionals’ game, during which Annette Sion, Julien Canlorbe, Adele Maier and Thibault Lachacinski competed on the same case as the students but on a more humorous note, right after the awards ceremony.
The university that will host the competition next year is Université de Versailles Saint Quentin en Yvelines!”
