On Friday, we were proud to co-sponsor a major event in Paris: the annual conference of APRAM (Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles), in collaboration with EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office). This eagerly-awaited meeting, devoted to the analysis of European decisions in the fields of trademarks and designs, highlighted the work of intellectual property professionals throughout 2023.

Around 700 lawyers, attorneys and in-house counsels attended the event in person and virtually. The 300+ seat auditorium was packed !

This year’s event once again featured several high-profile speakers:
João Negrão, Executive Director, EUIPO
Jérôme Passa, Professor at the University of Paris-Sorbonne-Panthéon-Assas, Lawyer, Passa Avocats
Alexander Kornezov, President of the 8th Chamber of the EU General Court
Emmanuelle Machinet, Attorney, Beau de Loménie
Patrice de Candé, Lawyer, CANDE BLANCHARD DUCAMP
Laura Morelli Schittenhelm, Lawyer, ADVANT ALTANA
Vincent Ruzek, Luxembourg Liaison Officer, EUIPO Legal Department
Gabrielle Pierre-Lenfant, Lawyer, Zeller

The conference was co-chaired by Isabelle Thill and Delphine Rullier.

For the second year running, we co-sponsored this prestigious event with Fovea IP, and had the opportunity to present our services to all participants at the beginning of the conference.

We are very happy to have been able to support the APRAM, a high-quality and particularly dynamic association, contributing to the development of the intellectual property sector. Many thanks to the members of the board, and to its President Sylvie Benoliel-Claux !
